GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES
Treatment packages (excl.accommodation), access to the Relaxation Area and Beauty Products

These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the “T&Cs”) apply between the Régie Municipale des Thermes de Salins-les-Bains (hereinafter the “Thermal Baths”), with SIRET no. 213 905 003 00173 and any person or legal entity making a purchase on the website www.thermes-salins.com (hereinafter the “Buyer”).

These T&Cs are intended to define the remote sales conditions between the Thermal Baths and the Buyer, from the order stage to payment and delivery.

They govern all the steps required for placing an order and ensure this order is tracked between the parties to the contract.

Placing an order on the website www.thermes-salins.com published by the Thermal Baths (hereinafter the “Website”) implies unconditional acceptance of the provisions in these T&Cs.

The Buyer confirms they are aged 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract or hold parental authorisation to place an order on the Website.

PRODUCT COMPLIANCE AND AVAILABILITY

The products offered for sale are those shown on the Website when viewed by the Buyer.

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. In the event of an error or omission in this presentation, the Thermal Baths are not liable.

Photos and texts illustrating the products are for information purposes only and are not legally binding.

PRICES

Our prices are given in euros (€) inclusive of tax, and include access to our thermal bath facilities and services under the conditions stated in our product description or Wellbeing body care treatment packages, which are performed in our centre.

Our prices do not include: return transport between home and accommodation, cancellation and travel insurance, drinks, tips, personal expenses, meals, or services noted as “surcharge” or “option”.

Our prices include order processing fees. Shipping costs are invoiced for sending gift cards and gift vouchers. When online store products are shipped, a fixed postage fee is also invoiced to customers.

ORDER

Placing an order implies the full, irrevocable acceptance by the Buyer of the prices and descriptions of the products available to purchase, as well as these T&Cs.

After an order is confirmed, the Thermal Baths will send the Buyer a confirmation email to the address provided in the order.

VOUCHERS & GIFT VOUCHERS

After the full price of the service has been paid, vouchers (or gift vouchers) to be presented at reception upon arrival at the spa will be sent to the client.

Services are valid for 6 months from the voucher’s date of issue. After this time, they are no longer valid and cannot be refunded, except in the event of a Force Majeure or when a medical certificate is produced confirming that the client could not use the service for health reasons.

Gift vouchers cannot be refunded. The expiry date is stated on each gift voucher.

DELIVERY

The ordered products are sent to the delivery address given by the Buyer when placing the order.

The maximum delivery time is seven (7) working days from the date the product is ordered on the Website.

In the event of a delay in delivery of more than seven (7) days, unless due to a Force Majeure event, the Buyer may cancel the order.

The order will then be refunded within thirty (30) days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer has a period of fourteen (14) clear days, from the date the products are received or the offer of services is accepted, to exercise their right of withdrawal without needing to justify the reason or pay any penalty fee, except for return shipping costs, where appropriate.

If the fourteen (14) day period ends on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday, it will be extended to the next business day.

In the event of the Buyer exercising this right of withdrawal, the Thermal Baths will refund the full amount paid as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days of the date the right was exercised.

BOOKING PURCHASED SERVICES

Booking services is separate from the purchase process.

Bookings are made by telephone on +33 (0)3 84 73 04 63, with the following conditions :

BODY CARE TREATMENTS

We recommend booking 3-4 weeks in advance for Saturdays and school holidays, and 1-2 weeks in advance at other times.

For faster service, we recommend you avoid calling during the weekend, which is usually busy, and between 2pm and 3pm (clients arriving). Reception is available to take your calls in the morning as well.

Body care treatments are always performed in the afternoon, except on Sundays, bank holidays and annual closures (see our Website).

Except when times are expressly agreed with the client, our appointments are made for 2pm. Plan to spend a full afternoon at the centre.

Our prices include the hire of a bathrobe and towel.

We recommend you bring an extra towel for the Relaxation Area as well as a pair of clean flip-flops and sunglasses for the pool.

Packages include access to the Relaxation Area. When you buy à la carte treatments, you must also buy entry to the Relaxation Area.

RELAXATION AERA

The Relaxation Area is open every day from Monday to Saturday, 2pm to 6.30pm, and Sunday, 9.30am to 11.45pm and 2pm to 5.30pm. Bank holidays and annual closures: see our Website.

Children under 3 years: Sunday (morning and afternoon) and bank holidays (afternoon). Children under 12 years accompanied by an adult.

Entry without a booking (restricted to 130 clients for reasons of comfort and safety). During the school holidays, you may wish to arrive mid-afternoon.

You must wear a swimming cap in the pool.

Prices do not include the hire of a bathrobe or towel.

PACKAGES WITH ACCOMMODATION

We are not entitled to sell all-inclusive "Treatment & accommodation" packages.

PAYMENT

Payment is by bank card on our Website.

CANCELLATION

Treatments that have not been cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will be invoiced.
